Privacy Policy

VibOrange ("we", "us", "our") operates viborange.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

• Form data: Business type, main bottleneck, workflow description, estimated hour value, and email address (optional before payment, required for report delivery after payment).
• Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive a payment confirmation and your email from Stripe.
• Usage data: Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths). Used for rate limiting and debugging.

How We Use It

• To generate your personalized automation audit using Claude AI (Anthropic)
• To deliver your paid report by email via Resend
• To notify us of new leads and follow up if you didn't complete your purchase
• To improve the product based on aggregate patterns (never individual data)

Who We Share It With

• Anthropic — Your workflow description is sent to Claude AI to generate the audit. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
• Resend — Email delivery. Your email address is used to send the report.
• Supabase — Database storage (hosted on AWS in the US). Intake data and audit results are stored here.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks.

Data Retention

We retain intake and audit data for up to 2 years to support re-audit features and customer service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing audits@viborange.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email audits@viborange.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UAE, your rights are governed by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). If you are in Canada, by PIPEDA. If you are in the EU/EEA, by GDPR.

Cookies

We use sessionStorage (not cookies) for language detection. No third-party tracking cookies are set on this site.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys and secrets are stored as encrypted environment variables on Vercel. We do not log sensitive intake content beyond what's needed for debugging.
